  • Gather/implement updates and distribute Production/Current Report
  • Update Department’s Master Calendars
  • Maintain, organize, and archive all folders on Production Department servers 
  • Manage Restriction Logs for all projects on Box
  • Review all fully executed short form/long form Production Services Agreements and Talent Agreements. Create one sheet with all pertinent production information and save to show folder. Flag any monies due at execution to Production Accountant for payment.
  • Create/update contact and vendor list
  • Make sure all production documents (executed contracts, etc.) are uploaded to each project’s folder on server
  • Update Department’s master documents as needed 
  • Manage/update show cuts on calendar
  • Create and track Budget Approval Forms and Overage Approval Forms for projects
  • Vet production company budgets
  • Vet production company cash flows for all projects; ensure that payment dates are matched with milestones per the production calendar and that payments/percentages align with OWN’s guidelines
  • Send master delivery emails for each show and update them as delivery dates change
  • Help facilitate weekly freelance payroll; help manage payroll grid
  • Help create and oversee production processes and procedures
  • Manage proper utilization of organization’s internal/external resources, facilities, and vendors
  • Scope includes technical, accounting, and administrative aspects of production
  • Familiarity with variety of television production concepts, formats, practices, and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, forecasting
  • Prior field, network and/or digital experience  
  • Ability to oversee multiple concurrent productions and budgets under strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Movie Magic budgeting, cost reporting and all Microsoft Office programs
